Santa Barbara von Sequoia is a delightful 12 week old German Shepherd mix. We suspect Dad was a black lab. "SB" as her foster family calls her is almost housebroken, knows how to use a doggy door, sits on command (most of the time) and loves her people! She is a snuggly girl who loves to cuddle up with her foster family on the couch and sleep in their bed at night. She is very playful with other dogs and is especially fond of big dogs. She is not afraid of anything! She will get right in there with big dogs playing and when she wants to play, she will not take "no" for an answer! Having another LARGE playful dog in the home is a must for this girl! Although she loves to play hard, she also relaxes very easily. SB is easily correctable and incredibly smart! She gets the household routine and understands rules and what is expected of her fairly easily. Being that she is a puppy, she is mouthy at times and likes to chew. Having lots of chew toys around will help! She will follow you around joyfully  - wherever the other dogs and her foster family are is where she wants to be! SB is a silly character and will light up your home!
